At the end of this course, the student is expected to:
1. Describe governance and good governance for the learning needs of persons with disabilities, including landmark legislation in his/her own country.
2. Identify and explain the different policies that are used within their school to define governance that inform special education.
3. Define and describe his/her own philosophy of good governance in reference to special educational needs, using ethics, and equity.
4. Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the sustainability of a better future for all using formal and informal governance.
