Ms. Jennifer A. DeLeon

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood and elementary education, Ms. Jennifer A. DeLeon is a passionate educator and administrator dedicated to fostering children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. She holds a Master of Science in Education and Counseling from EARIST Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, specializing in grades K-3, infants, toddlers, and preschool education.


Her career spans multiple roles, including lead teacher, assistant principal, head teacher, field supervisor, and preschool director. She has worked extensively with parents, teachers, and young learners, creating developmentally appropriate curricula, leading parent-teacher workshops, and training educators in best practices for childhood education.


As a Lead Teacher and Assistant Principal at Brockton Area SDA Academy, she collaborated with teachers to design effective lesson plans and professional development programs. At Berea SDA Academy, she served as Head Teacher and Coordinator, focusing on language development, science exploration, and motor skill activities. Additionally, her experience as a CDA Field Supervisor at ABCD Head Start allowed her to train teachers for National Child Development Associate (CDA) certification.


Her administrative expertise includes managing preschool programs, coordinating parent-teacher meetings, recruiting and mentoring educators, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. She is a firm believer in parental involvement as a key factor in a child's success and has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between home and school environments.
