Ms. Claudia Weekes, MA

Claudia H. Weekes is a registered dietitian and wellness expert with over 15 years of experience in clinical nutrition, wellness program development, and education. She holds a Master’s of Science and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Andrews University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She is also a ServSafe® Certified professional and a long-standing member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Claudia’s career spans various roles, including clinical dietitian, wellness consultant, and educator. As a Wellness Program Development Consultant, she designed and implemented diabetes reversal programs, provided weekly nutrition education to clients, and facilitated group sessions to promote healthier lifestyles. Her work at Tanner Health System further highlights her expertise in patient assessment, employee coaching, and delivering educational presentations on a wide range of health topics.
From 2012 to 2018, Claudia served as Clinical Nutrition Manager at Sodexo Saint Francis Hospital, where she supervised a team of dietitians, managed budgets, ensured regulatory compliance, and introduced quality improvements. She also gained valuable experience as a clinical dietitian, specializing in intensive care, oncology, hospice, and long-term care, where she assessed patients, adjusted nutritional plans, and educated healthcare teams on food safety and patient nutrition.
In addition to her clinical work, Claudia is a dedicated educator. As an Adjunct Professor and Internship Coordinator at Andrews University since 2013, she has mentored aspiring dietitians, designed internship goals, and taught essential management and clinical skills.
