Mr. Michael D. Fraser, MSW

Mr, Michael D. Fraser brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as a social worker and educator. With a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from California State University, Michael's educational background is supplemented by continued professional development, including certifications in Clinical Supervision and Adoption Programs.
Throughout his career, Michael has held various roles that have allowed him to make significant contributions to the field of social work. From serving as a Training Liaison Officer at the Child Care Protection Agency in Guyana to supervising Family Service Specialists at the State of New Jersey Division of Youth & Family Services, Michael has demonstrated a dedication to training, coaching, and supervising social work professionals.
In addition to his extensive work in child protection and family services, Michael has also been involved in academia, serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at Essex County College and teaching introductory sociology courses to college students. His commitment to education is further evidenced by his role as an Instructor and Professor for virtual teaching courses on the role of social workers in the diagnostic process.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael actively engages in leadership and volunteer experiences, focusing on health and community concerns. His involvement in organizations such as the Columbia University School of Social Work Alumni Association and church outreach committees reflects his passion for community engagement and improvement.
