Dr. Wil Campbell

Dr. Wil Campbell is a seasoned psychosocial consultant and educator with over two decades of experience in counseling psychology, social services, and higher education. He currently lectures at the University of Guyana, where he also served as Program Coordinator for the Commonwealth B.A. in Youth and Community Development Studies.
Dr. Campbell has held several leadership and instructional roles, including Principal of J.C. High School, Lead Technical Consultant for USAID-YEP, and Country Consultant for the ProFuturo Digital Education Project with the Organization of American States. His areas of expertise include adult education, trauma therapy, program coordination, and educational leadership.
Deeply committed to community development and mental wellness, Dr. Campbell brings a holistic and culturally grounded approach to student support. At CESC, he leads the SEN Interventionist—Counseling Psychology Department, working to strengthen trauma-informed practices and expand mental health services across special education contexts.
