Danine Kami Jones is a Barrister and Solicitor-at-Law, Notary Royal, and Notary Public whose career reflects a deep commitment to good governance, public sector reform, and institutional excellence. She currently serves as Senior Manager and Legal Officer at the Millennium Heights Medical Complex in Saint Lucia, where she provides strategic legal guidance on governance, compliance, and policy development within the healthcare sector.


With a legal foundation grounded in both theory and practice, Danine holds an LL.B. from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus), an LL.M., a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting, and a Professional Certificate in Competition Law and Policy. Her expertise spans public administration, regulatory frameworks, and legislative reform—areas where she continues to make meaningful contributions to institutional strengthening and sustainable development.


Currently pursuing a Ph.D., Danine is passionate about the transformative role of law in shaping equitable systems, improving healthcare governance, and enhancing access to justice. Her professional journey reflects a thoughtful blend of legal acumen, policy insight, and a dedication to public service rooted in integrity and innovation.
