Devon Bill Miller

Devon Bill Miller is a seasoned hospitality professional, seasoned Marine Corps veteran, and community leader with decades of service across food service, military leadership, and non-profit work.

Beginning his career in the late 1970s in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, he trained at the Adams Catering School and advanced to Dining Room Maitre D' at the Carib Inn Restaurant. In 1981, he joined Seachest Associates, serving aboard Carnival Cruise Lines in International hospitality settings.

Mr. Miller honorably served 8 years in the U.S Marine Corps and later dedicated 35 years

as a Radiation Protection Technician at the D.C Cook Nuclear Power Plant in Bridgman, Michigan.

He is the Founder, President, and CEO of True Vines Inc., a non-profit organization committed to the spiritual, academic, and economic advancement of vulnerable communities.
