Andre J. Clarke brings over two decades of leadership and hands-on expertise in finance, auditing, and strategic consulting to his role as Vice President of Finance at CESC. A proven professional recognized for his tenacity and trust-driven approach, Andre has built a distinguished career helping organizations strengthen their financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, and drive sustainable growth.

As the Founder & CEO of A.J.C. Accounting & Consulting Services, LLC, Andre has worked closely with clients to optimize financial processes, ensure audit preparedness, and provide thoughtful advisory on budgeting, payroll, and compliance. His background also includes high-level roles such as Controller at Amerindo International and Director of Finance and Administration at Mitchell & Titus, LLP, where he was responsible for overseeing financial health, efficiency, and strategic planning.

Andre holds an MBA in Finance & International Business from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College. He is an active member of several professional organizations and volunteers his expertise in community-based causes focused on economic empowerment and social justice.
