Pastor Paul Desmonde Lowe is a dedicated counselor with a strong commitment to the physical, mental, spiritual, and economic well-being of individuals. With a diverse background in program coordination, case management, counseling, and mentoring, Paul has extensive experience in supporting at-risk populations and facilitating positive outcomes.


In his role as Program Supervisor at Lewis Cass Intermediate School District, Paul oversaw the Family Reunification Program, focusing on transitioning children from foster care back to their homes while providing essential in-home social services. He also excelled in his responsibilities at the Berrien County Adoption Advocacy Services, offering case management and post-adoption support to families in need of social services.


Paul's impactful work extends to his coordination of a Teen Fatherhood Program at The Caring Network in Benton Harbor, where he provided nurturing, therapy, and counseling to at-risk pregnant teen mothers and fathers. His proactive approach to decreasing the recidivism of teen pregnancy showcases his dedication to youth empowerment and support.


With a master's degree in Divinity and a background in Aeronautical Engineering and Aviation Business Studies, Paul brings a unique blend of skills and perspectives to his counseling work. His experience as a mentor, job counselor, program coordinator, and former airport operations manager highlights his versatility and commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.
